The Tightwad Personal Budget program is easy to use and quick to setup and install. It teaches users how to set up and maintain a Startseite budget. Users can select from common budget categories (i.e., electric bill) and enter custom categories. Expenses and income are then recorded by the user. Monthly reports show the status of the budget and are printable. They include a Savings Percentage, which outlines the percentage of income saved or lost each month and a Budget Allocation report that goes into further detail by showing the amount of income remaining in each budgeted category for a given month or year.
