Implements the Internet Time Service (ITS) which allows users to synchronize their computer clocks via the Internet. The time information provided by the service is directly traceable to UTC. IBPTime may be used manually or as a scheduled task.

UTC is a little Dienstprogramm with only two functions: convert a Unix timestamp (seconds since January 1st 1970 to Datum) to a human readable DateTime format and vice versa. So simple it does not need a help file or further information.
