Once you learn the move through the simple video instruction, you then will move on to the next screen where you will do the move at a faster pace until you feel you've raised your heart rate and sustained it to your goal.
This whole process is anywhere from 2-5 minutes depending upon desired results. A timer will track your progress and you can build up to longer durations.
