This very easy to use and smart product does the job noone does. Any other products either unable to extract ICQ 2003b ICQ message history or 2000a or ICQ 5 and so on. Belkasoft's product supports them all and Miranda IM as well. Also, this product is able to generate your history in three different formats: plain text, HTML and XML. It is possible to select the time period of interest, generate history for chosen contacts only, filter sent or received messages. It is also possible to customize the way HTML will looks like.
