Automotive and powersports data that includes all features, options, warranties, specifications, Allgemeine details, available colors, dimensions, weights, angles, capacities for all vehicles from 1981 to present year. The library also includes media with 360 degree internal and external spins, colorized photos as well as multiple photos of each vehicle. This data is also vin referenced so it can be used to create comprehensive vehicle descriptions. D1S data and Werkzeuge support approximately 10,000 locations across the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. D1S web services process an average of 300k-500k vehicles per month, with roughly 4-5 million vehicles per year being processed by both web services and applications. An estimated 1-2 million vehicles per year are supported by D1S licensed data.

Basic VIN information is available through CSV file delivery. Updates are made available monthly, upon E-Mail-Adresse request. This file includes VIN / Year / Make / Model for US Consumer and Light duty commercial vehicles 1981-present. Using the CSV file is probably the easiest way to perform VIN validation, or simply to decode to a basic level. Licensing costs are dependent on usage and distribution. If more information than the basic data points is required, this data can be delivered via the XML VIN service, or a series of full tables can be made available. (See below).
